We come together as a community to give workshops, network, and create brave spaces together to vent, validate our experiences, and break stigma and isolation.

Accompaniment
We provide individualized deep accompaniment & ressources to our members based on their needs, and at their pace.Â
We are currently housed at the CJE NDG, this partnership allows us to be embedded in the community - connect our youth to much needed services, positive experiences, while continuously building our trust and strengthening our community.

Kintsugi Part One
Japanese practice, when something is broken we repair it with gold. Here we will look into attachment styles, reconciliation with estranged family members.
Love & Relationships
Love and relationships for youth from care. Healthy attachment styles, and unlearning unhealthy power dynamics and imbalances.
Sexual Wellness
The "Sexual Wellness" workshop for young adults is designed to provide a safe, inclusive, and informative space to explore the topics of sexual health, consent, relationships, and self-care.
